today i decided to make use of some gold spray paint that i bought from michaels a few weeks ago. i got this wooden bowl from a thrift store here in huntsville for only 25¢. (!!) i'm happy with it except for the tape didn't adhere all the way at a certain spot so it's a little fuzzy but i might go back and paint with a bright turquoise or coral along the edges to make it more crisp.
mq thinks i'm either really into x-men or i'm celebrating my non existent swiss heritage.
also today i pieced together my quilt blocks horizontally so i'm one step closer to finishing this thing. i'm really ready to be done with this because i have so many ideas for the next few quilts i'd like to make. i'm my geema's geema.
